Only one question remains for me about Tron Legacy. Shall I see it on its opening weekend, or camp out and see it at midnight opening day?
Judging by the new trailer, we have a real Telemachus and Odysseus story here. The son has come of age and must seek the father who never returned from the war, relying upon rumor and the advice of family friends.
Except that here the father and son ARE COMPLETELY AWESOME AND CAN CLIMB INSIDE VIDEO GAMES.
Okay, so Odysseus was himself completely awesome. But I’m pretty sure the video game thing is a Tron exclusive.
Only one thing confuses me. Since when are two minutes and twenty seconds that lay out this much character and plot considered a “teaser trailer?” Teaser? This only makes sense when you consider that most regular “trailers” these days are filled with spoilers and give away every good joke. Give me more teaser trailers like this, Hollywood, and save something for the feature.
